Biography

Jason Klein practices out of WSHB’s Phoenix office. He is also a partner in WSHB’s Denver and Tampa offices. With over 20 years of experience, Jason is a skilled litigator handling complex civil litigation, including general liability, employment, and construction defect cases. He has represented international, national, and regional corporations, carriers, and businesses (including Fortune 500 companies) as well as individuals in state and federal courts in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, and Wyoming. Additionally, Jason plays a key role in WSHB’s national insurance coverage practice, providing advice and representation to domestic and international insurers on first-party property (Homeowner’s and Commercial) claims. He has successfully litigated a wide variety of first-party and third-party insurance cases, including the interpretation of policy provisions and exclusions. Jason holds an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected for inclusion in Florida Trend’s “Florida Legal Elite.” He is also a regular presenter on trial and litigation strategy.
