Biography

Jay Sherrill is an associate in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Charlotte Office. Jay’s practice focuses on lender-side real estate finance, and he has worked on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, loan modifications and joint ventures. Jay has represented institutional lenders, private equity funds and developers in connection with his practice.
