Biography

Rubinstein is the partner-in-charge of our law firm. Jeff specializes in real estate and commercial litigation, and offers a wealth of expertise with over 40 years’ experience as both a transactional lawyer and a trial lawyer of commercial disputes. Jeffrey’s cross-disciplined practice enables him to provide insights and judgments that can only be gained from the type of broad based experience that Jeff brings to every engagement.By virtue of the depth of his experience in both the Courtroom as a trial lawyer, as well as his corporate and real estate background, Jeff offers clients a wealth of experience in dealing with problematic real estate projects, land use matters or loans secured by real estate. Jeff has been involve in handling lender liability claims and prosecuted numerous large foreclosures. Jeff handles various types of commercial cases in the State and Federal courts, and commercial foreclosures throughout the State.Jeff received his B.A. degree with a major in Economics from George Washington University, after transferring there from Bates College, and received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1974. He resides in Pinecrest, Florida.
