Jeffrey J. Spina-Jennings is a member of the Gould Cooksey Fennell's Estate Planning & Tax Group. Mr. Spina-Jennings’ practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, tax planning and business transactions.Mr. Spina-Jennings represents clients with entity formations, tax restructuring, complex estate and gift tax planning and income tax planning matters to include minimizing federal gift, estate and income taxes to protect assets for future generations.Mr. Spina-Jennings is skilled in the understanding, preparation and filing of federal gift tax returns (Form 709). He also assists in an advisory capacity pertaining to strategic planning and tax reporting. Additionally, he works with clients to facilitate charitable endeavors, which includes the formation of private foundations and private operating foundations.Mr. Spina-Jennings graduated from the University of Central Florida with an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.After graduating from law school, Mr. Spina-Jennings earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. As a student in the LL.M. program, Mr. Spina-Jennings also worked as a Graduate Student Editor on the Florida Tax Review.Mr. Spina-Jennings is admitted to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Indian River County Bar.
