Biography

Jeremy D. Stoller is a principal in the firm’s Mt. Clemens office. Mr. Stoller concentrates his practice on automobile insurance defense, including personal injury protection and bodily injury liability defense, general litigation, and insurance coverage.

Prior to joining the Kitch firm, Mr. Stoller gained over seven years of litigation experience as a former plaintiff’s attorney in areas of personal injury protection, bodily injury and premise liability cases.

Mr. Stoller graduated from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Mr. Stoller has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2020, 2022, and 2023. Rising Stars are attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or those who have practiced for ten years or less. Only 2.5 percent of Michigan lawyers are named to this list every year.
