Mr. Jeremy Schiowitz

Jeremy Schiowitz is a dedicated and accomplished personal injury attorney serving clients throughout New York City and Long Island. Inspired by his father, respected trial lawyer Martin Schiowitz, Jeremy developed an early appreciation for effective advocacy and the importance of helping those who have been injured. This foundation led him to join Isaacson, Schiowitz & Korson, LLP in 2003, where he has built a strong reputation for skillful and compassionate representation.

Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2003. Before joining the firm, he worked at a defense firm, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies and defense counsel approach litigation. He now uses that knowledge to anticipate challenges and strengthen his clients’ cases.

Admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, Jeremy plays a pivotal role at Isaacson, Schiowitz & Korson, LLP. He helps shape litigation strategy, manages complex motion practice, and oversees appellate work. His appellate successes include a significant ruling against the New York City Transit Authority, reflecting his ability to advocate effectively at every level of the court system.
