Mr. Jesse H. Larsen

Jesse H. Larsen is a highly respected attorney in Vero Beach, Florida, known for his strategic approach to legal challenges and his deep commitment to protecting the rights of his clients. As a partner at Tuttle Larsen, P.A., Jesse concentrates his practice on personal injury claims, criminal defense, and civil litigation, serving individuals and families across the Treasure Coast with diligence and integrity.

Jesse’s legal journey began as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 19th Judicial Circuit, where he sharpened his courtroom skills handling hundreds of criminal cases—from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies. His extensive trial experience, including more than 50 bench and jury trials, has made him a formidable presence in the courtroom.

At Tuttle Larsen, Jesse is the managing partner. The firm is focused on personal injury law. This includes all types of motor vehicle accidents including car crashes, boat accidents, rideshare accidents, motorcycle accidents and more. The firm is experienced with all facets of personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and premises liability cases.

A proud native of the Treasure Coast, Jesse graduated from Lincoln Park Academy before attending the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2006. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2010 and was admitted to The Florida Bar later that year.

Jesse has always believed in giving back to the community that raised him. Since 2017, he has been a driving force in the Indian River County Bar Association, serving on its Board of Directors. He’s currently the President-Elect for the 2024–2025 term, having previously held leadership roles as both Treasurer and Young Lawyers Division President.
