Biography

My areas of practice include real estate and civil litigation. I am a former co-chair of the State Bar landlord-tenant subsection, served for several years on the Executive Committee of the State Bar Real Property Law Section, and have taught numerous MCLE classes on real estate and litigation topics, incluidng at the State Bar Annual Meeting. I routinely represents clients in arbitration and lawsuits. However, I also help clients avoid or informally resolve disputes through preemptive legal advice, by assisting clients in negotiating and drafting contracts, and by representing clients in mediation.
