I did not know Mr. Tippit until we found ourselves in a case involving several deaths - he had one family, and I another. There were several other firms involved, representing other families and injured individuals. He lead the charge in discovery by the plaintiffs, and was very effective. His knowledge of the law and practical skills in negotiating helped resolve part of the case. We then tried the case against the remaining defendant, and secured a large judgment against that defendant. Read less
