Mr. Johnny Clifford Waller, Jr.

When people asked Johnny Waller what he wanted to be when he grew up, his answer was always the same: “lawyer.” While most kids would say “astronaut” or “professional baseball player,” Johnny knew right from day one that he wanted to practice law and defend those in need. Today, Johnny is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, as well as the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. His current practice areas include traffic cases, criminal defense (misdemeanors and felonies), landlord-tenant cases, administrative hearings, and other types of civil litigation. He is most passionate about certain aspects of his work, with trial advocacy and motions practice at the top of that list. Johnny’s favorite form of relaxation is watching sports. He is a self-proclaimed fan of “all things Georgia,” so he naturally loves to watch the UGA Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Hawks, and the Atlanta Braves.
