My knowledge of Mr. Overby is mainly based upon the time he was a local judge. During that time I found him to be very unprofessionsl, biased and opinionated. He seemed to believe he knew everything and virtually ignored legal argument and caselaw. In one instance I witnessed him verbally abuse a lawyer in from of his client. It was very embarrasing and totally uncalled for. This is not a lawyer I would hire to represent me. Read less
