Mr. Jon M. Hogelin

Jon Hogelin is the kind of attorney who really does his homework. With a decade in the legal industry and a background that spans everything from engineering to political science, he brings a very sharp, analytical mind to every case. He graduated from BYU Law, where he didn’t just sit in the back of the class, he was a standout on the Moot Court Board and published significant work on child abuse reporting. Before joining our team, he gained high-level experience clerking in Salt Lake and Park City and even externing for a federal judge. This means he’s just as comfortable drafting a complex business contract as he is standing up for an oral argument in court. Whether you’re dealing with a business formation, a real estate issue, or a personal injury case, Jon’s goal is to listen first and then fight for the best resolution possible. When he’s off the clock, he’s usually keeping up with his favorite sports teams or spending time with his wife and two daughters. He’s a former college baseball player and a big fan of the Broncos and Jazz, bringing that same competitive spirit to his legal practice.
