Mr. Jon S. Sipes

Jon S. Sipes is passionate about practicing Social Security Disability Law, finding deep personal fulfillment in helping clients navigate the complex application process. He takes pride in assisting individuals who genuinely need the program to improve their lives and the lives of their families. For Jon, each case is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. He approaches his work with both a philosophical and technical mindset, meticulously analyzing denial letters and medical records to build strong arguments for his clients. This in-depth review process is something Jon genuinely enjoys, likening it to solving a mystery or completing a challenging puzzle.

An El Paso native, Jon attended Radford School before studying at Fountain Valley School of Colorado. He earned a double major in International Studies and Philosophy from Guilford College, where he also became an All-American Division III tennis player. He later attended Catholic University's Columbus School of Law, where he participated in international legal studies.

After practicing corporate law in Washington, D.C., Jon returned to El Paso to join his family’s law firm. Discovering his passion for Social Security Disability Law, he eventually founded his own firm to focus on this area of practice.
