Mr. Jon Seth Tipton

Attorney Seth Tipton is the founding partner of the Tipton Law Group. He is a born and bred Noble County HOOSIER and proud of it. Seth is the father of Liberty, Honor, and Truman. The Tipton’s reside in rural Noble County and are members and active parishioners of Avilla’s “Saint Mary of the Assumption” Catholic Church.Attorney Tipton pursued a number of careers and professions upon graduating from Manchester College in 1999. At age 28 he relocated back home from Chicago and promptly began pursuing his legal education and career. Upon graduating from Thomas Cooley Law school in 2008, with distinction in academics and honors in oral advocacy, Seth promptly returned to his childhood home to join his stepfather, Dennis Graft, in the practice of law in Avilla, IN.Since beginning the practice of law, Mr. Tipton has grown Tipton Law Group to now include 5 lawyers, three locations, and a multitude of top performing legal support staff. The Tipton Law Group (TLG) has grown from a solo practice to a powerful legal and social presence throughout Indiana. With TLG revenues topping well over that of comparably sized firms, the TLG team has established themselves as a mid-sized (defined by number of attorneys) legal juggernaut in the areas of criminal defense, litigation, elder & estate law, personal injury, municipal law, and domestic relations/family law.
