Before joining Kibbey Wagner, PLLC, Mr. Wagner received a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, which is located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota School of Law.
After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Mr. Wagner began working as a prosecutor in the Treasure Coast area. During his time in this position, he learned the ins and outs of the criminal justice system and successfully prosecuted cases involving white collar crimes, murder, and crimes against children.
Mr. Wagner then decided it was time for a change, so he left his job as a prosecutor and began working as an insurance defense lawyer for a highly respected firm in Stuart, Florida. He wasn’t aware of it at the time, but Mr. Wagner was able to gain invaluable experience as an insurance defense lawyer that he would be able to use to his advantage later on in his career.
He quickly earned the reputation of being one of the best insurance defense lawyers, and local law firms started to take notice. One of the largest personal injury firms in the state eventually persuaded Mr. Wagner to leave his job at the insurance company behind and work as a personal injury attorney.
Mr. Wagner has now dedicated his career to helping those who have been seriously injured. Instead of working for the large insurance companies, Mr. Wagner works tirelessly now to help victims secure as much compensation as possible for their injuries. Because of his experience defending insurance companies, Mr. Wagner knows exactly how to negotiate and communicate with insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
