Mr. Joseph Lawrence Amos, Jr.

Joseph L. Amos, Jr. is deeply rooted in Charleston, WV, where he was born and raised. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the West Virginia College of Business and Economics and also a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from the same institution.

Joe was admitted to the West Virginia University College of Law. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and completed an internship at the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C.

Upon graduation from law school, Joe returned to his hometown of Charleston, where he joined Miller & Amos. Focusing on labor and employment law, general business, and civil litigation, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. His dedication to his clients and his community is evident in his unwavering commitment to providing effective legal counsel and representation.

Joe is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia, U.S. District Court, Northern District of West Virginia, U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
