Joe Peckham is the Principal and Owner of the Law Office of Joseph T. Peckham, PLLC, a boutique practice dedicated exclusively to employment law. Before founding his firm, Joe served as Senior Vice President and COO at three companies specializing in employee benefits and employment matters. With this extensive background, Joe handles a wide range of employment law cases, including overtime and unpaid wages, employment contracts, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, leave and disability issues, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims under various state and federal laws.

Joe is a seasoned litigator representing clients in Florida’s federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR), and the Department of Labor (DOL).
