Joe Peckham is dedicated to helping employees with employment law issues and matters. In the past, Joe served was an executive at three different employee benefits and employment law companies.

Joe handles a wide range of employment law cases, including wrongful termination, overtime and unpaid wages, unpaid bonuses and commissions,, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, leave and disability issues, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims under various state and federal laws.
