Biography

Joshua Spielman focuses his practice on advising domestic and international clients on legal issues within U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, and general corporate governance matters. He advises clients, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, across many industries including franchise and distribution, healthcare, retail, technology, financial services and fintech. He also provides counsel on day-to-day operations.

Josh utilizes his background in both government and business to apply a strategic approach to his clients’ needs.
