Mr Justin DeLuca

Justin DeLuca serves as a litigation associate at Ernst, Brown & Draper, where he focuses his practice on construction defect matters. Originally from Pound Ridge, New York, Justin’s path to the legal profession was unique. After graduating with a finance degree from Boston College, he spent six years in New York City working as a U.S. equities trader. This background in high-stakes finance gives him a sharp, analytical edge that he brings to every case. He eventually moved to Arizona to attend the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU, graduating in 2022. During his time there, he stayed highly involved as an editor for Jurimetrics and even served as the Vice President of the law school’s a cappella group. Before joining our team, Justin gained valuable experience at an HOA-focused firm and The Cavanagh Law Firm. When he’s not in the office, Justin is usually immersed in music, whether he’s writing new songs, playing his guitar, or singing. He’s a well-rounded advocate who truly understands the business side of the law.
