Biography

Ken Webb is a founding partner and shareholder of Webb McNeill Walker. He serves as legal counsel for the Association of County Commissions of Alabama. During his career of over 30 years, Ken’s practice has involved representing county governments, agencies and officials in federal and state court, including extensive appellate practice with over 40 published opinions. He has represented numerous insurance companies, self-insurance funds and third-party administrators in contract, coverage and regulatory matters. Ken serves as Chair of the City and County Government Legal Seminar and in 2009 served on the faculty of the Defense Research Institute’s Civil Rights and Governmental Tort Liability Seminar speaking on Underutilized Defenses and Doctrines in 42 U.S.C. § 1983 Cases.
