Biography

Kenneth Krohn focuses his practice on estate planning and resolving complex trust, estate, and guardianship disputes. With over 20 years of civil trial and appellate experience, he has represented clients at every stage of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, mediation, and appeals before the Texas and Federal Courts of Appeal, as well as the Supreme Court. He has handled more than 70 appeals and is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His extensive experience as a litigator and appellate attorney allows him to provide thorough legal analysis and identify effective paths to resolution.

Mr. Krohn takes a client-centered approach, recognizing that his clients often face deeply personal disputes following the death or incapacity of a loved one.
