Ken has an accounting undergrad degree and took some basic tax classes. But, his knowledge of tax law is limited. It is stretch to call him a "tax attorney". He is really a typical business/transaction attorney with a little bit of basic tax knowl... Read more

He is really a typical business/transaction attorney with a little bit of basic tax knowledge. Not enough knowledge to be "satisfactory" as a "tax lawyer". May be enough tax knowledge to be average for a general business attorney. Read less
