Kevin M. Sexton is a Partner in the New Mexico office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. where concentrates his practice to negotiating and litigating construction related disputes, as well as professional liability disputes on behalf of architects and engineers. He also has SIU and EUO experience.Kevin represents design professionals from numerous disciplines, including architecture, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering and surveying. He has worked on matters related to energy efficiency, natural gas procurement, and transmission interconnection matters.Kevin is a frequent speaker for various architectural- and engineering-related organizations (i.e., AIA, ACEC, DBIA, NMSPE and SEANM). Kevin is also a regular guest lecturer at University of New Mexico School of Architecture and School of Engineering.Kevin is licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico.
