Mr. Kyle Branson Sherman

Kyle Sherman joined Ramos Law in May of 2022. Born on the upper peninsula of Michigan, where he lived for a short time before his family moved to Nevada for several years before settling in the Phoenix Valley. He graduated with a bachelors degree in International Business before attending and graduating law school at Phoenix School of Law in 2009. He has been a member of the Arizona State Bar since 2009 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Kyle’s legal practice focuses on personal injury law. Prior to being licensed as an attorney, Kyle worked as a claims adjuster for insurance companies, which gives him a unique perspective of how insurance companies operate and evaluate claims. This perspective helps Kyle in his ability to effectively counsel his clients through the often-complicated issues that arise after an individual has been injured by somebody else’s careless actions.

Kyle is married with four children and enjoys spending time with his family, particularly in the outdoors. a trial becomes necessary in any case. While in law school, Kyle excelled in moot court including winning an inter-scholastic competition and placing within the top three oral arguers in a national competition. Kyle is licensed to practice in all Arizona Courts, and United States District Court for the District of Arizona. His most recent reported appellate case is Larue v. Brown, an opinion affirming a jury verdict and the application of rule of republication in Arizona regarding extending the statute of limitations on defamation cases.
