Mr. Larry Evan Bray

Larry E. Bray has been practicing law for more than 30 years. His areas of practice include Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Probate Administration, Foreclosure Defense, Loan Modifications and Shortsales, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, Commercial Litigation, Music and Entertainment (formerly of BMG’s major recording label RCA Records, New York). Mr. Bray also oversees a consumer and commercial collections department in his firm which services major banks, businesses and attorney networks.

Commercial: Mr. Bray is also highly regarded as a transactional deal maker as well as a commercial and collections litigator. Mr. Bray has also successfully litigated cases on behalf of banks, equipment lessors, major domestic and foreign personnel agencies, national brand soft drink bottlers, record companies, songwriters, the Commonwealth of Canada (student loan program enforcement), numerous other businesses, as well as some of the largest collection agencies and attorney networks in the nation.

Foreclosure Defense: Many people are in trouble because of the current financial environment. Foreclosure has become a nightmare for many. Mr. Bray has used his litigation and real estate experience to defend foreclosure actions, delay and leverage lenders into either modifying toxic loans or allowing the property to be sold short.

Very few attorneys have the experience and background to both “do deals” and litigate. Mr. Bray has the distinction of having been trained transactionally at a major record label and then going on to a small prestigious firm with big name corporate clients and lots of transactional and dispute resolution experience involving substantial matters.

Larry Bray earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, with honors, in 1977 from the State University of New York at Albany where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He received his Juris Doctor Degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 1980.

Mr. Bray is a member in good standing of the Commercial Law League of America (the leading commercial law trade organization in the United States), the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, as well as local bar associations. Mr. Bray is admitted to practice law in both the states of Florida and New York, and practices in State and Federal Court as well as before the American Arbitration Association.
