Biography

Mr. Ward received a bachelor's degree in English, magna cum laude, from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota; a Master's Degree in English Literature from the University of Notre Dame; and a Juris Doctorate with high honors from the University of Montana School of Law. Mr. Ward's primary practice areas are litigation and insurance defense. Mr. Ward frequently lectures on workers' compensation issues and related matters. Mr. Ward was an editor of the Montana Law Review, 1986-1987.
