Mr. Lucas K. Holl

Lucas is proud to practice law in Denton and serve his hometown community. After attending law school, Lucas spent nine years with one of Fort Worth's premier boutique law firms specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Lucas has substantial experience drafting and negotiating real estate contracts, conducting survey and title due diligence, revising warehouse, office and retail leases, and drafting easements and other conveyances and instruments affecting real property. At HBWV, Lucas supports the civil litigation, business, and municipal law groups, in addition to his focus on real estate matters.

Lucas has represented multi-national commercial institutions, private family-based corporations, and numerous individuals, non-profits, and small businesses. Lucas recognizes that his clients are usually calling to solve a problem or complete business, and fundamentally, he strives to help each client navigate the issues to an efficient, satisfactory conclusion.

Before embarking on a career in law, Lucas studied Public Policy Analysis at Pomona College in Claremont, California and later graduated cum laude from the College of Law at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. Lucas grew up in Denton ISD schools and is a proud Billy Ryan HS alumnus. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Denton Arts Council and supports numerous other Denton area arts, music and charitable organizations. Lucas and his family live in the Nottingham Woods neighborhood in Denton.
