Biography

Mark Brittain, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, has been practicing law since 1988.

He is a dedicated attorney who continues to serve his clients from the very beginning of his career. With a focus on personal injury cases arising from car accidents and negligence, Mark advocates for individuals in the community. Mark's expertise extends to real estate law, with a vast portfolio of thousands of successful transactions. Additionally, he finds fulfillment in probate law, having served as the executor or personal representative for numerous estates. His litigation skills have made a significant impact on Georgia's legal landscape, with his cases setting precedents and influencing subsequent legal decisions. As a member of prestigious associations such as the American, Georgia, and Henry County Bar Associations, Mark is authorized to practice in all Superior Courts in the State of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court (Northern District).
