Mr. Mark Dale Wigder

At Kaplan Law Group, PLLC, Mark D. Wigder focuses on corporate, securities, and M&A work, drawing on more than 50 years of experience counseling businesses and the people who invest in them. He earned his B.A. in Government and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with High Honors and Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he finished in the top 1% of his class and was inducted into the Chancellors and the Order of the Coif. Mark has also written and spoken widely on capital formation, acquisition strategy, and securities regulation for groups like UT Law, PLI, and the Exit Planning Institute. He’s been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer, listed in Who’s Who in American Law, and remains active in the Dallas Bar and the State Bar of Texas, including its Securities Law and M&A sections.
