Bluffton Attorney Mark F. Winn, Master in Estate Planning, University of Miami School of Law Coral Gables, 2002. Mark concentrates his law practice in Estate Planning and Asset Protection in Bluffton, (near Hilton Head Island), and surrounding areas of South Carolina. He counsels clients on how to use the law of Trusts to: protect and preserve their assets from unnecessary taxes, lawsuits, loss to in laws in divorce, and unnecessary probate.

Mark F. Winn has a unique education in this complicated and multi faceted area of the law. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova Law School in 1997. Mark then went on to earn his Master of Laws (Legum Magister or LL.M.) degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002. This degree is one full year of study post law school. A law degree is a prerequisite to be considered for admission.

Mark F. Winn started his Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates law practice in 2003. Since then, Mark has helped hundreds of clients throughout the Lowcountry. Mark F. Winn gives each of his clients close personal attention.

Each representation usually involves 2 to 4 in person meetings. Mark’s chief aim in every case is to engage the client and to structure client’s affairs (with their input) so as to assure their objectives will be fulfilled, and to protect assets and give peace of mind.

Mark F. Winn writes a bi-monthly column in the “Bluffton Sun”, formerly called the “Bluffton City Sun” in Bluffton, South Carolina.
