Mark Steinberg hails from the suburban landscapes of Miami, a place
that has not only shaped his upbringing but also serves as the
backdrop to his current legal practice. With academic excellence as
his hallmark, Mark proudly graduated with honors from Miami Killian
Senior High and the esteemed University of Miami. His educational
journey led him to Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport,
Florida, where he honed his legal prowess.
During his
tenure at the University of Miami, Mark was a distinguished resident
of the inaugural honors residential college, immersing himself in an
environment of intellectual growth. His academic pursuits led him to
a major in communication, complemented by a minor in marketing.
Mark's dynamic presence extended beyond the classroom as he engaged
actively within the student and business communities. Notably, he
assumed the role of student representative for the Chamber of
Commerce's impactful "Miami's for Me"
initiative.
Transitioning to Stetson College of Law, Mark
continued to distinguish himself. He lent his editorial skills to the
esteemed alumni publication, "The Stetson Lawyer," and
enthusiastically participated in mock trials and moot court events,
refining his advocacy abilities.
Mark's professional
journey has been marked by notable affiliations. He has been an
esteemed member of several prominent associations, including the
Bankruptcy Bar Association, the distinguished First Family Law Inn of
Court, and the prestigious National Association of Recording Arts and
Sciences. His involvement extended to leadership roles, such as past
vice president of the Florida Motion Picture & Television
Association, Miami Chapter. Additionally, Mark demonstrated his
commitment to ethical standards by dedicating two terms to the
Florida Bar's Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance
Committee.
Acknowledged by the state and federal courts of
Florida, Mark's admission to practice law underscores his exceptional
qualifications. His legal career has embraced a diverse range of
specialties, and presently, he concentrates on three impactful
realms: bankruptcy, family law with a focus on collaborative
practice, and comprehensive estate planning. Within these spheres,
Mark seeks to empower individuals by making a tangible difference in
their lives.
Outside the courtroom, Mark's altruistic
spirit shines through his volunteer work at the Pelican Harbor
Seabird Station, where he contributes to the well-being of wildlife.
In pursuit of balance, he finds solace in practicing yoga and
exploring the vibrant tapestry of local art galleries.
