Mr. Mark Usher

Mark Usher grew up in the foothills of North Georgia, raised by a nurse and a carpenter who taught him the value of hard work and helping others. After losing his mother to cancer in high school, Mark developed a deep sense of empathy for those going through life-altering transitions, especially children. Today, he channels that compassion into his practice at Brodie Law Group, where he’s been a fixture in Middle Georgia courtrooms since law school. Mark is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Georgia and earned his law degree Cum Laude from Mercer. He’s not just a lawyer who stays in the office, he’s an advocate who spent his time at Mercer volunteering for legal aid and criminal defense societies. Mark’s commitment to service extends beyond the law, he’s a member of Operation BBQ Relief, helping feed disaster victims across the country. When he’s not fighting for his clients, you can find him BBQing, boating on Lake Sinclair, or hanging out with his two rescue dogs. Mark is a dedicated advocate who truly cares about the people behind the legal files.
