Biography

Attorney Boulton’s original plan was to use his Drake University law degree to secure a job in the corporate world. However, while attending law school he quickly discovered the joy of advocating for injured people and serving as their voice inside a courtroom.

After graduating from law school, attorney Boulton was recruited by a large Indianapolis personal injury firm. It was there that he gained several years of valuable plaintiffs’ experience and was eventually asked to serve as the managing attorney for the firm’s litigation department.

He remained in that position for a period of 13 years, overseeing all aspects of the trial process and settling several high-profile cases.

During his time as a litigation manager, he witnessed many clients wishing for a different type of law firm. Specifically, injured people and their families wanted a firm that placed as much emphasis on personal service as it did the end results.

His vision and passion for such a firm inspired him to create Boulton Law Group.

Since 1996, attorney Boulton has concentrated his practice on legal matters involving serious personal injury and wrongful death.

Specifically, he routinely helps injured people throughout Indiana with the following case types: Car accidents, semi-truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death lawsuits, dog bites, nursing home abuse, negligent security cases, and slip & fall injuries.

Attorney Boulton has extensive experience managing all phases of injury claims on behalf of his clients, including dispute resolution and trial proceedings. He takes pride in serving his clients and being actively involved in all stages of a case

His detailed preparation serves the interests of his clients throughout the claim process. During his years practicing law, Matt has earned the respect of defense attorneys and a reputation for earning positive outcomes for clients.
