Biography

Matthew has a diverse set of abilities from his 15 years’ experience as an attorney. He has researched and litigated complex issues involving construction companies. He has litigated matters involving personal injury, premises liability and insurance subrogation claims through all phases of litigation on behalf of insurance carriers. He has conducted and defended depositions, drafted and argued motions, and has also handled both jury and non-jury trials. At Wisniewski & Associates he is responsible for representing clients in our property damage litigation practice and routinely appears in municipal court as both public defender and representing private clients as well. He is experienced in handling driving under the influence (“DUI”) matters from inception to resolution.
