Matt Faucette is a fine lawyer. He focuses his practice on residential real estate and in just a few years, has been recognized by the real estate brokerage industry as a competent and ethical attorney. I predict that Matt will become one of the better real property lawyers in the city with a few more years of experience. He is probably held back a bit by not have real property lawyers in his firm who can serve as mentors (I believe he is a solo practitioner). Read less
