Biography

Matthew Endlich is Special Counsel in the firm’s Casualty Department, where he focuses his practice on asbestos litigation and the defense of complex liability claims. He represents clients in matters involving product liability, toxic tort, wrongful death, and premises liability, with a particular concentration on defending nationally recognized equipment and product manufacturers in the NYCAL and upstate New York asbestos dockets. Matthew has extensive experience handling depositions and participating in court proceedings, effectively navigating the procedural and substantive challenges unique to asbestos litigation.

In addition to his work in civil litigation, Matthew also represents clients in antitrust matters and serves as a member of the firm’s white collar criminal defense team, providing strategic support in complex regulatory and enforcement actions.

Matthew earned his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
