Biography

Matthew Lormis is an associate with the firm where he primarily practices real estate law. He has extensive experience in all facets of residential real estate closings and includes with his practice work on commercial transactions, leases and title work.

Matthew has been a resident of coastal Georgia since 2003. He attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Western Legal Traditions before returning home and graduating Cum laude from Savannah Law School in 2020.

Matthew is married to his high school sweetheart, Summer Lormis. Together they have two sons, Maverick and Judd, and a Boston terrier named Sailor. He enjoys boating, fishing, and the outdoors with his family in his spare time.
