Mr. Matthew "Matt" Robert Kahn

Matt Kahn focuses his law practice on significant personal injury cases and business torts. Matt is committed to representing individuals who have been critically injured due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Matt advocates for people who have been seriously injured by auto wrecks, defective premises, defective products, medical malpractice, and other acts of negligence. His practice also includes representing individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial disputes across multiple industries. Matt earned both his undergraduate and law degrees in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated with a Political Science degree from Georgia State University and went on to get his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Matt was a managing editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, where his comment was selected for publication. Matt’s professional experience also includes: summer clerk for the Honorable Sara Doyle of the Georgia Court of Appeals; summer associate at insurance defense firm, and extern in the litigation department of AT&T.
