Maximilian J. Mescall

Maximilian J. Mescall, a distinguished legal professional, is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick with a double major in History and Political Science, earning the prestigious magna cum laude distinction, and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, graduating cum laude. During his tenure at Seton Hall Law, Max garnered numerous accolades, serving on the Editorial Board of the Seton Hall Law Review, participating in the inaugural class of Seton Hall Law’s Leadership Fellowship his role as a Leadership Fellow, and qualifying for the Seton Hall Interscholastic Moot Court Team, where he won awards for brief writing and oral advocacy skills in competitions with other teams from law schools around the country.

His commitment to the legal field is underscored by his valuable experience as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice of The Supreme Court of New Jersey, and his role as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Scott J. Moynihan of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
