Mr. Michael A. Bracchi

Michael Bracchi is an experienced attorney and trusted advisor with more than 20 years in practice, focusing on probate administration for personal representatives, beneficiaries, and families across Florida. He is known for a thoughtful, analytical style and practical guidance that helps clients move an estate forward efficiently while reducing conflict and delay during an already difficult time. Michael brings a rare multidisciplinary background to his work, holding a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law as well as a Pharm.D. from the University of Kansas, an M.S. in Business Management and Leadership from the City University of New York, and pharmacy degrees from St. John’s University. He began his legal career in the New York metropolitan area handling intellectual property, business law, and contract disputes, negotiating and resolving hundreds of matters across many industries. He later expanded into dispute resolution, serving as an Arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court, Small Claims Division, and currently as a FINRA Arbitrator. Michael also serves his community as an elected Wilton Manors City Commissioner and has held leadership roles within The Florida Bar, including the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy and the Probate Rules Committee. He is admitted in Florida and New York and enjoys travel and time with his two Yorkshire Terriers.
