Biography

Michael A. Neham joined Pandell Law Firm, Inc., in 2019 after practicing litigation involving wills, trusts, estates, inheritance disputes, conservatorships, and elder abuse. Prior to this, Michael worked for Central California Legal Services as a tax-practitioner administering the delivery of services to clients with state and federal tax controversies and representing individuals before the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Tax Court, and California Franchise Tax Board. Michael also served as program attorney for a Senior Legal Services Title III-B program in a rural county where he represented clients in court, including victims of physical and financial elder abuse, formed estate and incapacity plans for senior citizens, and conducted extensive investigation, legal research, and creative problem-solving to meet client needs.

Michael graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2012 and received a Bachelor's degree with college honors in Political Science from U.C.L.A. (University of California, Los Angeles) in 2009.
