Michael D. Weinstein earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and also expanded his legal horizons through Temple University's Study Abroad Program in Tel Aviv, Israel, with a focus on International Law. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Mr. Weinstein is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In 2009, he received an esteemed appointment to the Florida Bar's Criminal Procedure Rules Committee, where he contributed to shaping the criminal procedure rules followed by Florida's judges and attorneys.
