Mr. Michael David Danielson

Mr. Danielson joined Benoit, Alexander, Mollerup & Danielson, PLLC as an associate in March, 2016. Mr. Danielson represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, defense of employers, commercial disputes, governmental entity defense, product liability defense, estate planning, and probate, as well as real estate and business transactions. Mr. Danielson’s practice also includes criminal defense. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Danielson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Bevan, Fifth District Court Judge. During his clerkship, Mr. Danielson assisted the Court in a large variety of civil and criminal matters. The clerkship also provided Mr. Danielson with invaluable perspective from the other side of the bench. In his free time, Mr. Danielson enjoys running marathons and kayaking on the Snake River.
