Biography

Michael E. Navarro is the managing partner at the Law Office of Michael E. Navarro, PLLC. A native of New York City, Michael graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from St. John's University in 2000. While attending St. John's University, Michael also minored in Theology and Rhetoric and Public Address. Upon completing his studies at St. John's University, Michael matriculated to the North Carolina Central School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2003.

Upon passing the State Bar in 2003, Michael practiced criminal law, briefly as an Assistant Public Defender for Durham County and later as an associate with Harris and Associates, also located in Durham, North Carolina. In December, 2005, Michael relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina as one of the founding partners of the law firm of Cloud, Navarro and Williams, PLLC. The firm concentrated primarily on the areas of criminal and family law and afforded clients service in a number of surrounding counties. During his time with the firm Michael was also certified as contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association.

In June, 2009, Michael formed the Law Office of Michael E. Navarro, PLLC where he has continued to service the communities in Mecklenburg County and several neighboring counties. As a practicing attorney, Michael has had the opportunity to practice law in close to forty counties in the State of North Carolina.
