Biography

Michael Gregory Feiner is a Partner in the firm's Miami office focusing his practice on insurance defense.

Mr. Feiner is originally from New Jersey. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Economics. He moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue his law degree at the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2009. While in law school, Michael gained valuable experience clerking with the late Honorable Judge Charles Kaplan, as well as criminal and commercial litigation experience interning for Randy Haas and Broad and Cassel in Fort Lauderdale.

Mr. Feiner practiced in the field of insurance defense for a period of time before switching to consumer finance litigation for lenders throughout the United States. He has since returned to insurance defense and joined Cole, Scott & Kissane in 2019.
