Mr. Michael Grant Erskine: Attorney with The Carlson Law Firm

Biography

I have experience handling everything from "fender benders" and slip/trip and falls, to complex multi-district litigation involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities. In addition to being licensed in the State of Texas, I am also admitted to practice in the Northern, Western, Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts of Texas and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. I have successfully represented clients on cases of all types including low impact "soft tissue" vehicle crashes; 1st (UM/UIM) bad faith cases; animal bite/attack cases, construction site/fatalities, semi-truck and commercial carrier collisions; and non-worker compensation work site injuries. Each case is unique and each verdict/settlement is based on the specific facts and circumstances of the case.
