A native of Fort Worth, Michael attended Texas Wesleyan University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Michael’s commitment to academic excellence earned him a Dean’s Scholarship to attend Baylor Law School, where he completed his Juris Doctorate in 2006. Michael has practiced criminal defense exclusively and, over the years, has represented thousands of clients facing charges ranging from driving while intoxicated to kidnapping, robbery, and sexual assault.

Michael is dedicated to providing his clients thorough, aggressive, and personalized legal representation. That approach has yielded “not guilty” verdicts at trial and victories at the negotiation table. In 2024, Michael joined Michael and Associates as a Senior Trial Attorney.
