Biography

I have been practicing law for 29 years, primarily in the areas of Probate Administration, Probate Litigation, Trust Litigation and Civil Litigation.  I take pride in efficiently handling my cases and providing personalized care to my clients.  I am a 3rd generation lawyer, practicing with my father, Ralph G. Holberg, III, (currently in his 58th year) and for a few years with my late grandfather, Ralph G. Holberg, Jr.  I am a native Mobilian having graduated from UMS in 1986, receiving a B.A. in Political Science in 1990 from the University of Alabama and my J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1993.  I practice primarily in Mobile and Baldwin Counties but can practice throughout the State in Probate, Circuit and the Federal Courts.  I am married and have 3 children.  I enjoy and take pride in helping people and if you think I can be of assistance, please let me hear from you.
