Biography

Attorney Scott Harwell, owner of Harwell Law Firm LLC, is a follower of Christ and has provided legal counsel from a Biblical Christian perspective for over 27 years as an Alabama attorney. As a Christian attorney, Mr. Harwell believes that — other than God — family is the most important aspect of a person’s life.

He employs Biblical legal principles in advising and representing clients. In most cases, his initial strategy is to help clients avoid legal disputes altogether. If that’s not possible, or the matter is already in motion, he works diligently to resolve legal issues and seeks to negotiate a fair, reasonable settlement before entering into costly litigation. When necessary, he will aggressively and diligently litigate and represent your interests at trial.
